Services I provide

🏔 Basecamp (1 session per week)
Perfect for beginners or those with busy schedules. One session a week keeps you on track, provides structure, and gives you the accountability you need while still allowing flexibility to train independently.

⛰ Summit (2 sessions per week)
Take things to the next level with two weekly sessions. Perfect for building strength, consistency, and faster results while staying motivated and supported.
🔺 Apex (3 sessions per week)
Designed for those serious about reaching their full potential. With three sessions a week, you’ll receive maximum guidance, intensity, and accountability to break through plateaus and achieve peak performance.

Hi, I’m Damian, a passionate personal trainer who lives and breathes all aspects of fitness. While I love everything from endurance to mobility, strength training is my specialty—because building strength doesn’t just transform your body, it transforms your confidence, mindset, and life.
With a deep understanding of training principles and a results-driven approach, I focus on creating programs that are tailored, sustainable, and actually enjoyable. My goal is to make every session a step closer to unlocking your full potential—whether that means hitting PBs, moving pain-free, or simply feeling your best every day.
